Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.

After you have added something to the basket, you will have the option of going to the CHECKOUT to complete your purchase, or you can CONFIRM your order and go back to shop for more items.

At ANY TIME you can edit your order by selecting the VIEW BASKET option. Here you can edit your order, delete items or change quantities.

After you have finished your selection, click on "GO TO CHECKOUT " and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Equally on each product page there will also be buttons you can use to BUY, VIEW BASKET or go directly to the CHECKOUT phase to pay for your chosen items.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, SOLO and UK Cheques and Postal Orders made payable to "TiggyPig" ( UK£ only). Credit card transactions made on site are processed immediately online through WorldPay, not by TiggyPig and so are authorised at the time of ordering. You can select to be invoiced before delivery or to send your details of your credit/debit card via post.

Our transactions are protected not only software itself but also by SSL Security, making it completely safe to enter your details. You can find our SSL Certificate displayed readily throughout our site.

Sometimes on payment you may be asked for the SECURITY or CVV number from your credit/Debit card. This is a 3 figure number sutuated on the reverse on the signature strip. The last 3 digits are required as added security.

ALWAYS CHECK FOR THE PADLOCK SIGN.

You will find ours displayed wherever you are asked to provide sensetive information, it is not displayed in the site for normal browsing as you are not required to enter any secure information here.

If there is likely to be any length of time ( longer than 12 hours) in which we are unable to access the site and therefore update the stock, online ordering may be suspended to avoid this occurrence.

Please ensure that you have read our returns procedure below BEFORE ordering.

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, our public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.

We also use Early Warning.Org (CardAware) to check and report fraudulent card use.

Transaction Encryption
The transfer of the purchase details from the retailers site to Worldpay are encapsulated using our own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via SSL.

Security for the Shopper
Any communication between the shopper and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provide the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

Data Storage
Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. We also ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code.

Shipping And Handling
Your order will be shipped by Courier, Royal Mail Special Delivery or 1st Class Recorded Delivery, if applicable, when your item is despatched you will be sent a parcel tracking number where you can track the progress of your parcel. You may request a tracking number from us a any time.

All items are shipped to the registered Credit/Debit card holders address. Alternative delivery address can be arranged by calling us on XXXX XXX XXXX but security code 10 check will be conducted to verify the credit card address against the Invoice address. These procedures are here to protect you and us against credit card fraud. In certain cases we may require proof of identity before shipping.

Delivery Schedule
Most orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched the same day, subject to stock availability and online credit card security checks. Orders placed past 3:00pm are processed the following working day.

We use a 24 hr courier service for most orders or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and your order shipment price will be calculated on order weight. You will normally get your item for mainland UK the next working day. Please allow extra time for Scottish highlands etc.

Please note that during times of peak seasonal demand (Fathers day, Mothers Day and Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order and or delivery but we will do our very best to get your order to you on time.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you until stock arrives. We cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to third parties or unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. You have the right to cancel your order at any time.

Credit Card Security

You will notice that when you are asked to submit details, you will get a Golden Padlock at the bottom of your screen. We Incorporate SSL technology ensuring secure transactions at all times.

All credit card transactions are direct through WorldPay Direct and are completely secure. If you encounter an error message while trying to process your payment, please try again later or feel free to call TiggyPig on XXXX XXX XXXX and we can process your order manually.

NO payment is taken from your card until your order has been shipped.

If you prefer to send your card details separately, simply order on-line then select 'Details Sent Separately' and either fax your details to us on XXXX XXX XXXX or telephone XXXX XXX XXXX with your full card number ( the long one!), your name as it appears on the card and expiry date. If a Switch card we also need your issue number, plus if a Royal Bank of Scotland card we will also require a start date.

Security code 10 checks will be conducted to verify the credit card address against the Invoice address. These procedures are here to protect you and us against credit card fraud. In certain cases we may require proof of identity before shipping.

ALL CONFIRMED FRAUDULENT ORDERS WILL HAVE THE DETAILS SUBMITTED TO THE POLICE FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION.

Guarantee
TiggyPig hopes that your order will be satisfactory. If your purchase develops a fault you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us on XXXX XXX XXXX to inform us.

We cannot be held responsible for items that come with pre packed batteries installed or supplied.

Returns Policy

All orders sent require a signature, if no one is available to sign for the goods a notification should be left by the delivery service and you will be able to collect your goods from your local post office or depot. Goods will only be held for one week before being returned to our depot and so you must go and collect the goods and sign for them.

In the event that goods are sent back to us and you still want them, we will send out the item again but we will charge an additional postage fee to cover the additional shipping costs.

Similarly, in the event of a cancelled order after the item has been returned to us as undelivered, we will only refund the cost of the goods and not postal charges.
Unwanted items must be returned to us here within 7 working days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product.

We are not responsible for the return postage of the goods unless faulty. If you require, we can arrange for unwanted items to be collected at our courier rate of £10.00 and this will be deducted from your refund.

Goods MUST be unopened and in MINT/RESALEABLE condition to be eligible for a refund.

We will ONLY refund the credit/debit card used. No cheques will be issued at all unless the customers initial payment was by cheque.
